Marcos New York Italian at Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport is one of the largest restaurants Paul our Managing Director has been involved in as site Forman. The overall design was not complete and we had to make changes as we progressed, it then became a design build project.

Our Managing Director Paul Hughes was recruited by Midas Contracting for the Renovation and project managing of the Building and Construction.

Many changes were added such as moving the bar area, creating fixed seating and booth, glass panels wrapped in leather wallpaper to a raised seating area, restoring old lighting, black and white check design to acrylic panels.

This project ended with amazing results and lots of compliments from other hoteliers in the surrounding area.
