Marcos New York Italian, Eastgate Hotel in Oxford was a very challenging re-fit.

Our Managing Director Paul Hughes was recruited by Midas Contracting for the Renovation and project managing of the Building and Construction.

It was a 4-week renovation of an existing 70-cover restaurant, this included revamping an old breakfast counter and workstations with new tiles and Dulux Heritage paint. We replaced all carpets with black and grey herringbone  style carpet in which joined a new 20metre black and check mosaic walkway though the middle of the restaurant.

A new welcoming desk was installed with all new seating and fixed dinning booths complementing the franchise colours.

We also created a private dining room for 12 people giving a more personal dining experience to the customer.
