Jamboree restaurant a celebration of flavours from around the world and the perfect place to fuel your powwow and is based in Southwark London.

Paul our Managing Director was Site Manager for this brand and new concept being launched in Accor Hotels across the UK. This was one of our most enjoyable projects to date.

As this was the first one everyone was very nervous and there was lack of information with only an artists impression for the concept they were looking for.

It was our task to come up with ideas for materials, colour schemes and source all new furniture.

The project was to take 4 weeks, with a 95% occupancy rate within the hotel, bar and restaurant still being used.

We started by removing all old furnishings and working from a blank canvas.

All new light fittings were installed with a rustic look and element bulbs, we cladded the front of the bar and painted with a range of colours in herringbone pattern and also aged, a new white washed looking timber floor was installed, with a turquoise mosaic tile effect around the bar. All new furnishings were supplied and fitted, new signage and iconic logos to add to the style of the restaurant.
